If respect is void in any kind of relationship, whether it be romantic, friendship or business … guarantee that relationship will fail, or take you down a path... you don’t want to be...

 

Get to know...And Be True to Your Authentic Self!

So I want to chat with you about how important it is to get to know your true authentic self... know what your values are, and have standards for yourself that you will never compromise for anyone or anything! 

In my experience, it’s only when you know who you truly are authentically, can you identify what truly makes you feel happy and fulfilled, and to even know how to show up as the best version of yourself! 

When you know who you are authentically, you're able to align yourself with relationships that resonate with who you are and where you’re going in life. 

In my younger years,  I was so wrapped up in trying to be what other people needed me to be to make them happy...I completely lost my own identity. 

A huge part of my own journey towards healing and getting back in touch with parts of myself I was so disconnected from for some long…involved...

Take the Leap of Faith...

I want to encourage you with this perspective…Friend,  at no point were you ever created to play small!!! The gifts you’ve got on the inside, were put inside you with purpose much greater than yourself.

You were meant to make a difference in this life with what you’ve got inside …

Think like a Warrior

So my favorite movie character of all time is Rocky! :) I’m obsessed with how this man was the epitome of underdog, but even with every odd pitted against him… This fighter never allowed himself to stay knocked down. He became a reigning Champion because he made the choice to leverage his adversity, and every opponent he fought against, as a way to become more powerful than anyone ever gave him credit for...Until he started winning. He had this crazy tenacity, and a heart on fire to keep getting back up and going at it that one more round…

He was unstoppable. 

You can’t defeat someone who refuses to back down.

This mentality is 💯 relevant in real life...

When your Greatest Win comes from your Greatest Loss...

When I was out for a hike the other day, I was thinking about how there really are no coincidences… Every encounter you come across, every experience you have, good or bad... serves a purpose, even if it doesn’t make sense at first.

One of life’s wildest ironies I’ve found, is that the answers you seek are often hidden deep within the problem… And the problems you are contending with are often brilliant opportunities in disguise.

So to be totally transparent with you, every one of my personal wins in life, every significant turning point... came out of what felt like a loss, major disappointments, setback and epic failure… 

In my lifetime… I’ve gone through it…

Limitless...

If you’re faced with something that looks and feels completely impossible right now… this is the most awesome incredible place you could possibly be! At the edge of your own natural limitations…. And where God’s limitless abilities begin. 

This is your sign to step into what only God can do. So I’m preaching to myself too Lol but let go of trying to do this in your own strength and ask God to do it through His..

Let go of trying to understand in your own human comprehension, how something is supposed to go… and be open to the possibilities of a way Higher plan and Purpose in motion. If you  allow for that time and space for God to move… He will move through the universe for you...

He will do the impossible in and through your life...

You know that part of the journey… it looks and feels like all hope is completely lost? 

My greatest joy is to speak life and hope into the hearts of all those at that point.

If I were to have a personal theme in life, it would be to ignite your faith and help you find your reason to believe again. 

The greatest turning point of my life happened with the realization, God was calling me to help light other people’s darkness with the same kind of hope that pulled me up out of my own dark pit, which ultimately led me here with you today…doing this Podcast.

Everything I share with you in these short weekly messages, comes from the most raw and authentic place of my own life experiences.

My relationship with God is the reason I can tell you with 💯 certainty… Your deepest pain can turn into life changing purpose… Your greatest defeat can turn into your greatest win.

Advice to my Younger Self...The journey towards healthy relationships Part 1

You might have heard this scenario of a person who gets in an accident, rushed to the hospital, doctor takes care of whatever injuries happened as a result of the accident and  proceeds to tell the person that they are going to be ok from the injuries sustained from that accident.. HOWEVER …the doctor discovered something else while in surgery.. something critically wrong…and had they not been rushed into the ER because of the initial accident, they would have had no idea that there was even deeper issue, way below the surface that would have eventually killed them. I’m convinced that sometimes the Universe or Higher Power, I personally call God... will allow a situation to happen.. just to reveal a deeper issue that needs to be healed so that you can move forward and experience life with joy, and purpose, growing into the best, most healthiest version of yourself everyday, to include being in healthy relationships...

 

 

Advice to my Younger Self... The journey towards Healthy Relationships (Intro)

The quality of your relationships will impact the quality of your life and how you feel inside. I’m not gonna sugar coat it Lol! Being involved in the wrong relationships or even unhealthy friendships can potentially make life feel like a hell on earth everyday! I so wish in my younger years that they taught you in school, all about how to be in the right mindset and healthy space emotionally to attract and be in the right relationships!  Life experience is your best coach...
